B.B.M.F. Salute to The Few Capel le Ferne 15th July 2012

I was privileged to be present at the Memorial Day celebrations at Capel le Ferne to mark the 72nd anniversary of the start of the Battle of Britain. Also attending the event were 12 members of "The Few" and Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton.A Spitfire and a Hurricane from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight put on a superb display in honour of the occasion.

Another excellent set of pictures, you must have both been stood together on top of the gun emplacement. Very good shot of me in picture 9. I am the Standard Bearer right in the centre. Thank you.

Robin.
