Hi All,
It's been a while, but here we go!
Earlier this year I visited Finnish Aviation Museum in Helsinki - located near Vantaa Airport.
Great display, a lot of historic stuff, showing variety of Finnish aviation. Unfortunately all is packed quite tight so wide lens is a must...
Here's my photo report.

Nice mix of east and west airframes in there and you're right Tom, that DC-3 is a beauty.

Nice to see they've finished the Dak now - it was in pieces when I was there last year. One of 6 great museums in a fabulous country.
You caaan't trust the system... Maaan!

Some gems in that lot, but I love the Mil-1 in that scheme. Have they moved the Mil-4 at all? Or is there another on display.... I'm sure I've seen a full side on pic before.

All nice shots - my personal favourite is the Convair 440...such a classic aircraft.
