Huey & Mustang @ North Weald - Sunday 14th May

Post by LN Strike Eagle »

Trip out to the local today to exercise my new lens. Still some learning to be done, and I jumped ahead to try some bold shutter speeds on the Huey. Not too bad, but room for improvement.

The Mustang and JP were also out to Abingdon for the show. JP pics weren't up to much, so we'll leave those out and just concentrate on the other two.

Air Ambulance was in and out again too, as usual.

LN Strike Eagle, a question if I may, I have only ever visited North Weald for events - and the excellent airshows of long ago - is access similar to we see on your pics available to occasional visitors ? certainly looks like a interesting venue, I think there used to be a cafe open to the public, is that still the case?
Thanks for your time, Cheers, Graham.
