Vulcan XM655 @ Wellesborne

Here are a few images from the Timeline hosted event at the Wellesbourne airfield showing off Vulcan XM655. The weather forecast suggested it was going to be dry but cloudy, but we were lucky that we got some great golden light on the plane late in the afternoon.
Special thanks to the efforts of the Wellesbourne supporters club - I can completely recommend the tshirts that they sell - £10 for a tshirt with a embroided logo has to be a good deal...
Anyway hope that you enjoy the images below - comments and criticisms welcome

Thanks Rick - not sure I can take the credit for the light. But I absolutely agree that there were small intervals of time where the light was stunning and everyone trying to make the most of that light. Timeline and the Wellesbourne supporters group are to be congratulated for placing the aircraft in the ideal position to catch this late afternoon light.

Great images of a beautiful accessable Vulcan.Just hits home of another example of what could have been for another certain Vulcan, had the right decisions been made. :sad:The guy on the right in number 2 looks like Len Goodman.
