That's a fine set, Alan! The tight shot on the Virgin 747 and the Emirates 380 take-off are the stand out images for me!

It took a lot of effort getting up there, but it was worth it. Glad the sun wasn't out. The photos would've been horribly backlit

It's a great view and puts into perspective how small Heathrow actually is. How did you find snapping through the glass?

Yeah, especially as I've spent a lot of time in Chicago and Atlanta. They are big!

I found the glass ok to deal with. I'm used to taking photos out of curved, heated, flightdeck side windows, so these were a doddle :grin:
