India

Post by alisdairanderson »

Hi,

A selection from a brief visit to Bangalore, out via Mumbai and back via Delhi. They are all taken through the windows on the planes, some at dawn, and some through some quite poor haze, but different from my normal viewing areas. Also, wasn't expecting Bangalore to be the location for finding my first A320neo!

Cheers,
Alisdair

Whilst they may not be 'text book' images that is entirely irrelevant.
It's somewhere different and it portrays that humid Asian light very well. Thanks for sharing,Jay.

A reminder for me when I visited New Delhi recently.

Unfortunately a work trip so I did not take a camera. This was made much worse by the IAF Dornier 228 that was on the runway going past the plane I had just landed in!

I also left New Delhi at about 2am so a little dark for photography.

Thanks for sharing, a great memory jogger for me.

Thanks for the comments - not sure on if/when I will be back there again (it was a work trip, but took the camera!!) - just very weary of taking any from the terminal, even with a document I found that said it is allowed, as I know it is a very sensitive issue at some of the airports.

Cheers

A nice selection. India is not the easiest place to photograph anything as they really do not understand the hobby.
