No mention of the FTC Corsair though yet !

I was hoping to get three Corsairs in the air this at Legend this year.
I have been looking forward to Legends for some time after being in the US for six weeks. It is shaping up to be another great Legends weekend!

Not quite sure if the Breitling Wingwalkers actually fit in at Legend either!
I was unable to see (let alone photograph) the latter when it last visited Duxford due to ill health.lanemiker wrote:No word on the matte black F4U-5NL Corsair from Meier Motors either this year.![]()

As I only just read though the flying legends book from last year and the bit with P40s in says the TFC have P-40B, P-40C, P-40M, P-40N and P-40F, most of which are either in the process of restoration or have been completed, Be good if some of the spitfires were from Biggin Hill Heritage Hangar Ltd

Why not? The name of the show is "Flying Legends" not "World War Two Piston Engined Warbird Flying Legends". Civilian (and/or civilianised) aircraft such as the Brietling's Stearmans can be just as much "legends" as military examples.
hope that helps some people who were hoping the MeierMotors Corsair to be at FL.dont think so. The Corsair´s got an new engine and needs some testruns. I dont know wether she will be ready or not.

Ooooooooh!
Flying Legends is marketed as Europe's Premier Warbird Event. I'd argue that the Stearmans are part of a modern display team, with a modern sponsor in a modern livery that don't really do barnstorming to be fair, they do wing walking. Yes, I know the Flying Bulls fit into that as well (obviously not the wingwalking bit), but the P-38 and Corsair are a bit more rare and unique.
On the upside though I have just ordered my Keep Calm and Picnic hamper.
