Going to my first Legends on Sunday. Not leaving till tomorrow,as i'm bringing the family and we're flying in to Stansted from Prestwick. Got a car hired to get us to Duxford, and to (hopefully) ensure we can get back to Stansted on Sunday night in time for our flight home! Reading this forum is what prompted me to book up,and i just know that this will be a memorable visit whatever warbirds are in attendance. Hope you all enjoy Friday/Saturday and roll on Sunday!

FFS- Getting really fed up with all this....'Oooh a ****** is on the way' or ' Oooooh a ****** ' has just landed. Just pack it in as it's not big and it's not clever.

Just Bl&*dy turn up on the day and what's there is there. :wall:

I can see where youre comin from Tango, and trust i'm goin, ive been definitly goin for the last few months. It just gets really annoying when people p**s about with peoples hopes. Its gonna be a great show regardless dont get me wrong, as i said in a previous post, there is so much to look foreward than just an I-16, but it is nice to know whats definitly there, in my opinion its adds to the excitement, cos u know that in a few days time you'll be seein it al

To be fair - I think Matt genuinely believed that there were two Buchons inbound, just someone else having him on. These things happen. No big deal.

I agree its also feasable they could have arrived as I think many of us half expect/expected they would attend "Legends". Its no slight on Matt and does show the trouble of the net and peoples wind ups.

Its going to be a great show like it always is and I am as excited as I always am about being there, camera batteries are on charge lense is cleaned sensor looks clean too, Just need to empty the memory cards to ensure I have enough room for my photography overload.

The other things I need locate are water and suntan lotion then I am sorted for tommorow.
