GR4 just finished, arrived as a pair, but one returned to Shawbury soon after.

Sounds like a pretty grim day all round. If the weather's anything like it is down south today, I'm amazed ANYTHING managed to fly.

Woke at 6am and checked the weather and made the call not to go.

Very happy that I didn't, gutted for those that did. :sad:

well it's typical ain't it, rain has stopped in Worcester, cloud looks to have lifted a tad, and looking decidedly better to the South! :dunno: :roll: :surrender:

that was shortlived, it drizzled again!

Ops today was manic. Quite afew disappointed pilots and good work by the display committee to get what we did. Mother nature was simply not on our side!
