What music will we be listening to at RIAT?

Post by davers »

Ok all, I'm redoing my compilation for RIAT on my IPOD. Any ideas please it really gets me in the mood for it? I would like to know what music you listen to. Thanks.  Not long now.

Guns and Roses "Paradise City". Because if you call Wings FM and ask for any other Guns and Roses song you'll get an apology and Paradise City.

There are many songs that remind me of RIAT, but ACDC - Thunderstruck has to be the top one!

The others consist of;

Shapeshifters - Lola's Theme

Darude - Sandstorm
Robert Miles - Children
David Guetta - No Gettin Over
Linkin Park - New Divide, What I've Done
Eliza Doolittle - Pack up
Divine Inspiration - The way
Basshunter - Walk on Water
Sam Heyfield - Reformation ( RNLAF F-16 Demo Team theme tune )
Yolanda be Cool - We No Speak Americano
Rachel Stevens - Some Girls
Kelis - Trick me
Scissor Sisters - Laura
Franz Ferdinand - Matinee
Swedish House Mafia featuring Tinie Tempah - Miami to Iboza
Razorlight - Golden Touch
The Rasmus - In the Shadows
Guns and Roses - Sweet Child of mine/ Paradise city ( SOMEOME ALWAYS REQUESTS THIS ON SHOWDAYS! )
ELO - Mr Blue Sky
Supernova - Mr Hudson featuring Kanye West
2 Unlimited - No limits ( UK Techno Remix )
Jurgen Vries - The Theme
Vampire Weekend - Cousins, Run, California English
Paul Van Dyk - For an Angel 09
Chicane featuring Tom Jones - Stoned in Love
DJ Tiesto/William Orbit ( Ferry Corsten remix ) - Adagio for Strings
Lady Gaga - Just dance
Top Gun Anthem
Eric Prydz - Pjanoo
Kaiser Chiefs - I predict a Riot
Hoobastank - The reason
Sara Beirellies - Love Song
Sam Sparro - Black and Gold
Ultrabeat vs Darren Styles - Discolights
La Roux - Bulletproof
Frankmusik - Confusion girl
Rihanna - Te Amo
Kevin Rudolf - Let it rock
Mark Ronson featuring the Business International - Bang Bang Bang

If I think of any more I will update this list.

Overall a wide selection of some music which always reminds me of RIAT. I wonder what will be added to that list from this years list? Possibly David Guetta - Where them girls at? :P

So, on which side of the bed will you be sleeping on the night before RIAT? What will you have for breakfast the morning of? How many blades of grass will you count on your front lawn as you leave for the show? Which pair of socks will you wear three nights before the first arrival? Will you eat one of those condensed and fried packages of detritus from strange fur-bearing mammals erroneously promoted as "burgers" in FRIAT before or after the Saudi Hawks' display?

All valid topics for discussion, methinks.

No it just made me smile, a tent at Totterdown playing music at volume, DJ Fresh - Louder was 1 of just 4 songs being played on loop it seemed. Wondered if this was their 'wishlist'?
