When do the forms normaly come through, i assume it should be very soon when the letter boxes rattles?

Have checked back through the previous threads and last year the forms were sent out to the regulars on the 6/7th of February.

Don't know why I've been able to book 'early'. I signed up to get emails from Kempsford campsite after coming home from RIAT last year, when I knew I wanted to camp close to airfield.
Hope my confirmation is valid.
Now you guys have me worried!

Dont worry Flyby Camping is a great place. We have stayed there for many years. you get a great view as the aircraft come into land.

AFAIK, these forms aren't being sent out this year. I believe previous guests at Kempsford will be emailed in the next week or so announcing the opening of booking for this year.

How would you book now and making payments etc? im sure them sending booking forms would be a better way.

Afternoon All
Indeed we are trying to go "semi" electronic this year. Instead of mailing out leaflets and booking forms you can download them from the web site, then print and send in. We have this afternoon sent an email confirming that the system is now open and that the forms are available on www.airshowcamping.co.uk. As usual, until the end of feb we will be taking bookings only from those who came last year, then if there's any left we open it up to allcomers.

What about those who do not have e-mail addresses? Will they be sent a form by the 'non' automatic method of snail mail?

Print it from your computers (go to booking form and then download it) ours is in the post with a cheque as i not too keen on the intenet banking they choose to use.
