FRIAT 2017 question

Post by 138EAW »

While renewing my FRIAT membership at the show, I didn't seen any mention of the FRIAT Loyalty Scheme as mentioned at the FRIAT forum. Did I miss the info or has the scheme been abandoned? Or will info be posted out when they membership is processed? Original info posted by Andy viewtopic.php?f=19&t=72211&start=25

If there isn't a loyalty scheme £220 is still value for money for 6 day's of entertainment

I noticed it on the advert in the official programme.

I keep meaning to ask but it doesn't warrant its own thread - what happened to the two seat Spitfire that was meant to be flying Saturday and Sunday? It was one of the last announcements but I didn't see it on static and it certainly didn't fly.
Cheers

It did, the Boultbee two seater flew a couple of sorties after the flying display each day. Looked nice in the evening sun too.

Ahh ok thanks - I had to leave before the Swiss for various reasons :-( so that'd be why I missed it. Had someone said top ££ for that personally then I wonder?

Looked like it was giving rides to some deserving (and lucky) passengers.
