monday departure tickets?

Can you pay on the gate on the Monday?
I know it will be dearer than in advance but is there a limit to tickets?

Yes and there is no longer any discount for advance purchase...

I thought the Beelgians already confirmed their flying acts for this year: No Red Devils AFAIK. Are there any others that can provide that aircraft flying?
