Nope. Not exactly riveting either tbh. You'd get a few new frames though :)

So you say they have never been and someone else said they were at RIAT 1997 so who is right and who is wrong?

I am pretty sure the PC-9 team has not visited RIAT. In 1997, an Irish team called the 'Silver Swallows' attended. They used Fouga Magisters. The team no longer exists now.

The Pc-9m’s arrived in 2004 so they couldn’t have been at ‘97.
As gripenjet says the Silver Swallows were likely the team you remember flying beautiful silver fouga magisters.
I really miss them .

After seeing a privately owned Magister at RIAT last year, I can vouch for that!

We had them at Leuchars one year - either '97 or '98. A very graceful demonstration.

It's probably just taking a very long time to type it due to the size. :joystick:

Calm down children. If there was nothing to announce I'm sure they'd say there's nothing to announce. Give them a chance.

Got bored so looked on the 'Confirmed Aircraft' page.

Did they have this bit on there before?
Full Scale Replicas
We have a number of full scale aircraft replicas at the Air Tattoo. 2018 will see the following:

BAE Systems Typhoon
Northrop Grumman X-47B
Northrop Grumman MQ-8 Fire Scout
Saab Gripen

Yes, they did. I couldn't say when it was first included, though.
