QQ is there a dedicated FRIAT entrance in the blue zone.
Is it open at 0730 hrs

Yes there is a separate scanning & security channel until 09:00

There is also a separarate FRIAT queue outaide the perimeter, continue past the main public queue and you'll find it on the left.
