My biggest realistic wishlist is the PACAF F-16 Demo, that was seen at Farnborough this year. Incredible, aggressive, fast-paced display that didn’t get enough publicity. When I spoke to the demo pilot he said that RIAT said they didn’t want the team there as there are too many F16 displays, which I completely understood. However, In my opinion and many others I would rate the PACAF demo above most F16 displays, competing with the Belgians.
Please RIAT Air Ops, invite the team over! “Primo”, the Pilot has said he really wants to come over to RIAT.
I'd be surprised if that's actually what dbh had said.
I'm not suggesting he didn't say it to you, or that he heard it himself, but I just think it's unlikely to have been what came from the horse's mouth originally.
Buy the sky and sell the sky and lift your arms up to the sky and ask the sky"

Well from what he said, DBH were content with the variation in their F16 displays so didn't feel it was necessary to push for any more.

Which isn't *quite* the same

Can I hand out the first Meh! of this topic ( or has someone beaten me to it )......because as with Spitfires, I believe you can have too many F-16 displays. Hopefully Harvo's right & DBH won't push for more.
Yeovilton's got the UK debut of the Lithianian L-39 demo & I'd rather have that at RIAT than yet another F-16 display.
Tôi chỉ đặt cái này ở đây để giữ cho người điều hành bận rộn 아직도 숨어있다

I originally said RIAT don’t want any more F16 displays..because they feel they have enough, don’t need any more.
All of the above please and throw in a twilight airshow too. Free entry would be a bonus.
Sorry, the Osprey will be pulled again due to a Red Arrow departure or some such...
I believe the terminology you're looking for is rejected or turned away, cast off as excess as there was a far more important departure scheduled, the USAF certainly didn't "pull it".

Whatever Trevor,
I'm perfectly happy with my terminology. So your belief is incorrect. Everybody but you knew what I meant, whether its, pulled, scrubbed, cast off, blown off it's all the same. So I'm sorry you misunderstood this.
The Osprey was there on the fringes of the airfield and wasn't allowed to run in. I dont believe I said who pulled it did I ?
