Jaguar Code/Serial tie-ups 2005-Help Please

Post by chipmunk22 »

Help needed please,
I went on a base visit to Coltishall in May 2005, (those were the days  )
I am sorting out my photos -- Yes I am that far behind, -- and have some codes I cannot match to a reg.
I have a 2005 copy of Military aircraft Markings, but the regs. and codes I can confirm from my pics do not agree with MAM !!
Was there a recoding about this time?
If anyone can help with the following,I will be most grateful.

41 sqn. FA FB FL FK FQ

6 Sqn. EJ EK ER EU EZ

Many Thanks in anticipation

Colin

At about that time during mid 2005 the following serials were in use:

XZ398/FA
XZ117/FB
XX720/FL
XX767/FK
XZ400/FQ

XZ399/EJ
XX752/EK
XZ115/ER
XZ369/EU
XX847/EZ

They might not be correct for the precise date you visited, but it might help.
BTW I dont do serials but these are from photos I took around that time.
