Please can someone tell me what the Flapjack Aircraft and Eagle and Eagle 01 aircraft are please?

Flapjack may well be Hunter 'Miss Demeanour'? Flown by Jonathan Whaley aka Flapjack

Isn't Eagle the call sign the Army Lynx display normally uses?

Are these for Sunderland?

Miss Demeanour and AAC Lynx are both on the list...

Ok thank you.
I was wondering because both of these are for sunderland air show and thought we were getting lucky with two aircraft from the US but obvisouly not
