If you could own one aircraft/ helicopter what would it be?
If you could own one aircraft/ helicopter what would it be?
Hi all,
Just a bit of fun really, personally I would go for a Seaking, because they were one of the reasons I got interested into aviation!
Everything to do with fuel costs, training etc is taken care of, just what aircraft would it be?

Gulfstream 6. If I'm going to have one I might just as well do it in style

This 1930 Laird LC-1B, because it looks cool and has an element of practicality with it.
Failing that, a Yak-52TW.

This would do nicely, a proper warbird with space for the kids and overnight bag, nice big reliable engine up front and cheap compared to Spit etc, if not then a DC3

Cessna Caravan - probably easy enough to learn to fly myself ( ) - but big enough to take some friends on a jaunt round Europe!
Canon PowerShot SX40HS - It's not what you've got - it's what you do with it!

Grumman HU-16 Albatross, this is after I have won the Euromillions so will already have the L-749 connie under restoration! Albatross will spend summer in the UK and winter in Florida/Caribbean! Do you think I can get a Albatross in Popham LOL!

Fieseler Storch. It has long been one of my favourite aircraft and has the added benefit that it can be landed (and can take off again) almost anywhere!
nothing is confirmed at a show until its u/c hits the tarmac or it is running in for its display.....

It would have to be Concorde and just to be picky, painted in her BA Landor scheme , which I think was the best livery that she ever wore.
And if the above is not possible, a VC10 C1K with VIP interior.
