AN-12 Cargo Aircraft Crew?

Afternoon All

On watching a video online about the AN-12 Cargo aircraft inflight, theirs footage of inflight cockpit views. As far as I know the AN-12 has a crew of 5, 2 pilots, f/engineer, navigator, radio op. In the film it shows a guy in the middle helping the two pilots fly the aircraft, with the f/engineer sat below at his station, is this other guy in the middle of the two pilots another flight engineer?
