US Navy UK Carrier visits?

Post by keithjs »

The visit of the USS Harry S Truman has prompted me to wonder if its possible that anyone would know where I might obtain a list of all the carriers that have visited the UK in recent years? I'd like to go back to the early 80's if possible. I'm certainly not worried about serials etc but possibly just the units on board at the time of the visit. Many, many thanks in advance.

Thank you very much. That's exactly what the previous poster put me on to. Much appreciated to you both.
