What are the entry prices for this event?

For visitors normal museum admission rates apply: Adults £7.00, Over 60s £6.00, Children £4.00 and Family ticket [2 adults & 3 children] £20.00. Appointments are preferred for Group [15 plus people] visits, although not essential and a party rate booking information pack is available on application.

Cockpits and other agreed displays are free to participate.

Don't forget the Aeroboot that also runs alongside this event and is included in the same fee!

Just a quick reminder that there’s an Aeroboot running alongside Cockpitfest again this year; there’s been a steady flow of bookings and details can be found here!

A new update has been added here – the number of cockpits booked in now stands at 10, plus a couple of new display items have been listed. Looks set to be a good gathering – again!!

A quick reminder that Newark Air Museum runs an Aeroboot aviation sale alongside its Cockpit-Fest event and this year this all takes place on June 18th & 19th.

So far around 20 pitches have been booked for the two day event; some additional trading is also done around the Cockpit-Fest displays themselves.

Please remember that you have to book in advance if you wish to sell at the event as there’re no pitches available on the day and you can request a booking form by following the details here!

Cockpit-Fest 2011 will be hosting a special display of cockpit nose art panels, which were entered into the Aviation Heritage Lincolnshire Aircraft Nose Art Competition.

The winning entries were recently announced to the press and they will be unveiled to the public for the first time as an exhibition in Hangar 2 at Cockpit Fest on 18th June.
