Opened the gates early due to many people wanting to get in.
Nice little static display and stalls seemed good, although we didn't really pay them much attention.
Flying display had a nice variety, would have topped it off it the rain stayed away just a little longer for the B727... would have been amazing.
Negatives:
Visited the toilets as the 3rd display act was on - already the chains and taps weren't working / hardly working.
Helicopter rides very overbooked it seems, we didn't book one but lots of people who waited for ages with their tickets were turned away.
Traffic getting out was bad, but to be fair they may not have been prepared for the mad rush when the rain started.
Overall, some good flying, my Tamron lens broke just before it started but it just meant I got to watch most of it rather than just taking photos. Caught the sun and got drenched all in one afternoon, good old Manchester!
