Cumbria Air Event weekend!

The weekend of the 25th & 26th July will see the skies over Cumbria full of aeronautical delights.

25 & 26 July - Windermere Airshow - Perhaps the most picturesque airshow of them all. So far confirmed are the BBMF, Yakovlevs and the solo Hawk

26th July - Kirkbride Airfield Open Day & Fly-In - One of the North of Englands most well attended Fly-In's. Last year we had nearly 70 arrivals. This year will feature a display by the BBMF plus on static RN Sea King, 2 x Jet Provost's, Yak's plus much more.

..... and remember if you ever wanted to make a long weekend of it there is also the low fly area around the lakes too.

Should just add that the Windermere show has been allocated the Red Arrows, don't know which day yet though.
