On 26th June RAF Brize Norton will be showcasing its aircraft, many of which are adorned with new artwork. The event will take place between 1400-1800 Local.
We hope to have all four Air Mobility platforms from RAF Brize Norton on display. This will include the LXX Sqn A400M with tail art, 2 x C130Js with Anniversary artwork and the C17 and Voyager aircraft.
How do I get a ticket? Fill out the table below with the details of all those in your group together with any vehicles planned to be used and then email this to: BZN-Av photoshoot@mod.uk and 47Sqn-PLT15@mod.uk . Those who have been successful in achieving a place will be contacted via email at which point details of how they can pay and where to park on the day will be given. A donation of £25 per person is suggested with all proceeds going towards the RAF Benevolent Fund (Registered charity number: 1081009). These donations must be paid prior to the event in order for us to confirm your attendance. Numbers are limited and will be strictly on a first-come-first-served basis.
NB: We cannot 100% guarantee that all of the RAF Brize Norton aircraft with artwork will be present but we are all doing our very best to ensure that they are there for your enjoyment. However the Royal Air Force is currently operational all over the world and these aircraft may be needed to support Operations. There will unfortunately be no refunds for tickets as these are donations to charity. Also please be aware that for security reasons police dogs may be in attendance and you could be subject to random bag searches.
We look forward to welcoming you all to what promises to be a fantastic occasion.

I took the space out, haven't had an undeliverable message yet so I guess it's ok?
Re: Brize Norton - photocall June 26th 2016
Well I put an underscore in and nor have I so I guess we shall see!

Try BZN-Avphotoshoot@mod.uk
You don't get bouncebacks from @mod.uk addresses, and they only use lowercase, capital and hyphens, as far as I've seen!

Pass, I'm afraid I just copied and pasted verbatim.

Good opportunity to see the Atlas up close. I doubt this, but I wonder if they'll allow people on board some types?

I was pretty late to the party to be fair!

I figured I was too given the somewhat cryptic way it was advertised around.

I sent my email Sunday night. I wonder if it's caught in their junk folder, that'd be amusing...
Re: Brize Norton - photocall June 26th 2016

As a note, I asked if there were going to be ground runs and the answer was "not currently planned".

Am I right in thinking there is just the one C-130 in special marks, only in the opening post from Brize, where it says C-130J x2 with Anniversary marks, it sort of suggests there may be two?

I think I saw an additional C-130 with special marks take off this morning with a Union Jack and part roundel on the tail, haven't seen it before and I'm pretty sure it wasn't the 47 Sqn special
