I'm going to have to get a 2018 calendar a bit sharpish to write these dates down. Just love Compton Abbas!

I'd certainly welcome a Texan/Harvard fly-in, I'm always looking to increase my photo collection of those fine aircraft. I've recently invested in a copy of the Key Publishing Warbird Directory......I hadn't realised that there were so many of them in this country. Actually, thinking about it, a Stearman/Texan/Harvard fly-in would be even better!

Probably NOT I'm thinking??... I don't think the event or Venue at 'H-P-G' worked that well. Nothing like the access to be had at Compton Abbas. Hopefully the Organisers have a suitable venue in mind, with no tarmac runway to trash!

Hi All.

Bit of a sod what’s hanging happened at Compton but sometimes things happen and it’s a blessing in disguise.

6 locations are being looked at various parts of the country one is somewhere you wouldn’t associated with holding fly-ins none are HPG. One of you got close.

Will update when more information will be made public but the support has been fantastic.

Happy New Year.

Nearly a month late & still nada?

I’ve said it before elsewhere, but if you put a deadline out to the public, stick to it, or at the very least put out a “we’re sorry, but we’re pushing back our announcement because of X,Y, and Z reasons. We hope to announce by...”

Silence turns people away, I think.

It's a shame really, never been before so this is our first time of attending but i think you're right the silence is making me think why bother...
