Is it possible to stay outside of the base (on the field) because on the base ist the back light a problem (when the sun is shining).

It is hard to say.Always is some chance go to other side of airport.It depends if the safety officer give authorization for spotters.
I will try ask our safety officer about this problem an if I wil get an answer I will send you other information.

To be honest it is kind of small and short programme. Was hoping for more eastern participation, but Gripen and Mig-29 as only foreign display parts is rather disappointing... With the sun in front not really attractive IMHO.

That is a shame the Mig-29 are not displaying. 3 Gripen displays and no Mig = not on my schedule anymore. I understand that it is not always possible for countries to participate, but the Slovaks were the reason I was going to go.
