I'm quite relieved I didn't go to the same school as you Stagger!

That's not what it says folks, looks like you just may be looking at another addition, either way, you'll find out by the end of the day.

Selfishly, I wish it said 'we're here at Scampton, you'll find out why by the end of the day..."

I assume (or at least, I hope for his own sake) that Stagger's post was made with tongue firmly in cheek...

Well that's disappointing, Couteau Delta are indeed there but only to fly in the back seats of the Patrouille de France...

That Rafale - crikey. Don't think I've ever seen so much vapour! He spent half the routine vanishing into his own cloud!

Frecce displayed in appalling light. RAF red arrows had to go home. RAF typhoon did not participate. Blades red arrows with props could not display in the conditions but breightling jets could. Get the common theme? Sorry about spring etc but on phone and the right side of some lovely Belgian beer.

Does put us to shame somewhat doesn't it?

Had a very enjoyable evening regardless, that Rafale was brilliant!

Major reprieve on the weather front thus far for today's Spotters Day at KB. Very little of the forecast rain has actually hit the base and things are able to get airborne. Currently watching a pair of Saudi Hawks firing up.

Surprise, surprise the NATO E-3 has cancelled but the Belgian NH-90 display and a USAF KC-135 flypast have been added.

That's nuts - the NATO E-3 could practically drive here from Geilenkirchen!

My programme doesn't have a schedule in it, are they supposed to?

Any airshow schedule generally isn't worth the paper its written on anyway - in a digital age I would guess their internet site is more likely to have the latest information.
