The Spitfire pilot's radio comment to LT Radio on departure was; "See you again in an hour or so in another aircraft".
I assumed this would be the Dakota but I could easily be completely wrong.
The leader of the BBMF display, from the program, was Sqn. Ldr. I. Smith, as was the Dakota pilot.
Sqn. Ldr. Ian Smith is listed in the program as the OC and only full time member of BBMF. He is quoted as an ex-Red Arrows pilot.
It certainly wasn't Carolyn Grace in that Spitfire nor was it her again today! Who was it?

Sqn Ldr Smith should have been at Shoreham.
The Spitfire should have been flown by Sqn Ldr 'Dunc' Mason, and the Dakota pilot was Flt Lt Tim Dunlop.
