Will park and ride still be available at 6pm on Friday. I'd like to catch the typhoon demo but I'm working through the day.

Weather warning issued for Saturday looks doubtful any flying will take place winds upto 45mph and heavy showers, tv forceasting a very high tide and damaging waves

As mentioned above weather forecast for tomorrow looking rather wet and for Saturday unseasonably strong winds on the southerly coast; hopefully will not be as bad as predicted, but a shame after the good weather we have experienced recently.

Unfortunately all flying up until 5:00 pm has been cancelled today due to extremely high winds.

That is a great shame, luckily there are many items to look at on land, but Bournemouth needed this to succeed after the losses of some big "people magnets".

Sounds as thought they're rescheduling some of the acts for this evening. Typhoon is now just after 8pm. Sounds like b24 and Sally b doing some sort of formation between 7.30 - 8. Talk of the reds displaying this evening too.

Sally B will fly at 19:46.just after the B25 has finished.
No formation today due to the strong wind and associated turbulance, maybe tomorrow.

Fair play to the organisers, must not be easy to shift an entire schedule like that. Also, to the pilots and support staff, doing their best to get in the air and display, in horrendous conditions. I hope it works out for all concerned.

A big well done to all those who flew in the delayed display yesterday evening. Great effort.

And a very moving flypast from the Reds to commemorate the 5th anniversary of Jon Egging's death.

Today was great. Nice to see the wing walkers, strikmaster and a superb show from the Typhoon (Fluff was amazing!). A sunny start but thick low cloud by the end.

Maybe there was a slight weak line up but when your down there enjoying the flying you don't notice.

Roll on next year - August 31st - 3rd September 2017!

Agree brilliant from the typhoon and great to see the B 25 Mitchell, Sally B and the spitfire all flying despite the weather not being great late afternoon.
