Not the greatest match and a huge helping of luck.

But still Chelsea Champions of Europe. :win:

Even as a Chelsea fan I think Terry should not have lifted the cup.

You know and I know that if it was ManUre who'd finished 4th they'd rewrite the rules to let them compete just as they rewrote to rules to allow Liverpool to defend their title. Fair play to Chelsea who rode their luck. Can't believe how wasteful their opponents have been in front of goal.

I agree with you on Terry

Excellent saves by Cech and excellent defending by Ashley Cole

Truth is Chelsea committed robbery in 2 or 3 games to do it,but thats football and its the goals that count  ....
As for John Terry,he's been one of their best players over the years, scored some important goals...
of course he should be part of Chelseas glory...

Credit where it's due to them. Beating the Germans, on penalties and in Munich - you couldn't script it. Surely Di Matteo has to get the job now?!

Only downside, we can't sing "have you won the European Cup?" to them anymore. Just have to carry on singing it to the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and Birmingham City. :handbag:

Sadly Norwich's record of being the only English team to beat Bayern in Munich is no longer  . Credit to Chelsea, it's been a long time coming.

At least Bosingwa did his best to get in the way of Terry when lifting the cup!

Anyway, the Champions League wasn't the biggest final of the day - Come On You Irons! :yahoo:
