Work started a couple of weeks ago ,for some reason they have put a screen up so nothing can be seen :ninja:

Probably down to elfin safety as it's something that's done at most construction projects I've seen these days.

Could be,although it's about a hundred feet from the public highway !

This is elfin safety we're talking about, a lot of it tends to be nonsensical in the way it's employed.
Probably done to cover the "must not cause a distraction" requirement or something. :lol:
