4464 Bittern with the down "Dorset Coast Express" passing through Millbrook, Southampton today. Unfortunately it had to slow down for a red signal so not much smoke.

Lovely! I always thought the A4's were good looking locos. And the LNER was my late dad's favourite railway.

"Battle of Britain" class 34067 "Tangmere" speeding through Ashurst station in the New Forest on the return trip this evening.

Great shots,love the first Tangmere shot looks good in the sun,could not get to see the Bitern but it seems i did not miss much!!
