Spent a couple of hours earlier this morning watching this fella feeding and doing a few circuits. I'm still coming to grips with the 7d mark2, any further advice/tips would be welcome.

There are a couple of really nice shots there - I particularly like the first one.
As a general rule for wildlife pics (and I dont claim to be an expert) - get the eye in focus and ditch the photos where you cant see the face. Obeying those 2 rules I personally would have not posted 4 or 5 of these but the impact of showing fewer, better shots would have given a better overall impression. (In my humble opinion).

I quite like some of these too. One additional wildlife "rule" I tend to follow is shoot animals coming towards you, not going away. Give you more impact.
But as Granny Weatherwax always says, if you're going to break the rules, break them good and hard!
