HMS Queen Elizabeth

Taken as it was anchored in the Firth of Forth near to Fife this evening.

Not a great photograph (in fact it's pretty terrible) due to it being miles away and taken at 1600 ASA hand-held, in the fading light, but a record of a relatively historic event. Might not be too many aircraft carriers in Royal Navy service in the future.

I can confidently predict there will be a lot more in service in the future then there are right now!
