7D mk2 AF Settings sensitivity etc..

A question for 7d mk2 owners, ahead of Old Warden on Sunday and my 7dmk2's first airshow outing, I have been looking at setting the AF options and sensitivity etc.. And I'm rather stumped to be honest what works best any recommendations I've tried searching but haven't had any joy.

Hi,

You can start with AF Case 2, and choose full focus priority in the next menu.

The 7D II has mostly the same AF settings as the original 1DX has, and there are plenty of information on how to set it up.

There is an official Canon booklet (50 pages) which explains how to set up the autofocus and 'Cases' etc for various situations with the 7D2. Download it from here:

It's also a good idea to register on the Canon site, provide your camera details and get regular email updates. These include tutorials on things contained in the booklet and other aspects of the 7D2 / photography.
