OMG Card corrupted
Re: OMG Card corrupted
I have used photorec many times, http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec does a great job. Just runs over and pulls out
all the photos and movies it can find but does rely on the card being at least readable/mountable. If the card is not readable then there
are other things to try off google e.g https://www.stellarinfo.com/article/sd-card-recovery.php Theres usually a thread or two on here
on the same thing so you could try a search to see if any other useful links have been posted.

Hope you get them back.

Re: OMG Card corrupted
what is the make?
Lexar and Sandisk have rescue software included.
Ive used Lexar's rescue service last year after 16gb card from a Millie Miglia trip including museums of Ferrari, Enzo, Millia Miglia etc got unreadable.
Sent back to them . They retrived all images and sent a new card for me.

Re: OMG Card corrupted
Usually it's something simple, namely that the file allocation table ( FAT ) has become corrupted.
Do a search for something like 'sd card fat recovery', which amongst the hits should give links to free programs which will replace/repair the FAT without affecting the data on the card.
I think 'TestDisk' is still available free, might be worth searching for that.
