When you open each forum is it possible to have the thread titles in a more bold font - so they stick out a bit more? I think they kinda blend in with the other writing.

Also when you click on the home page and its displays all the forums, it only displays who posted last in each forum, but not which sub thread, like the old board did - is it possible to change it?

Not being picky, just giving some feed back.

I was with Dunk on this one ,
They were changed to a more 'eyeball-friendly' font the other day ....now they seemed to have gone back to the original ?

Is it going to stay this way or will we be 'going bolder' again soon? ....

Cheers

Just a quickie about PMs... Can we still create an address book?? There doesn't seem to be an obvious facility for doing it, or am I having a grey moment?

Dave your not having a grey moment its got me stumped too, an address book would be helpful please. I'm still finding how everthing works but I do like what I see though, its difficult to appreciate how all this seems to work flawlessly, actually means goodness knows how many hours work to get it this way, well done to all who worked on it.

It is possible Dave, if 'Friends&Foes' was enabled. You then add the people as your Friend and when composing PM's that list shows up on the right.

Congratulations on a smart new site - and thanks to all those who have devoted the hours to achieive this.
I've raised a couple of queries on software aspects and these have been dealt with and effected very quickly. I must say that it is good to read postings in black - please keep it that way, those numbers were always difficult to read in red Mr H

Would be nice to have some sort of strap-line/footnote on the larger photos on the website stories and features saying what each aircraft is.

Very nice change my only gripe would be the size of the lettering, would it be possible to reduce the font size as you have to scrool down a lot further on the page than you had on the old site to check the postings.

Well done.

With the benefit of getting used to the site, just one change that I'd like to see is moving the "Photography Hints, Tips and Questions" forum back towards the top of the Home Page and putting it in either the "Main Aviation Forums" (probably not) or the Aviation Photography section.

Any thoughts out there?

My comments gripes:

1) Topic titles (previously said, change to bold)
2) Default font size, could go down a notch (although individuals CAN adjust it individually for their browser)
3) There seems to be a general increase in blank space, across the board. I second the motion that the previous board was a little more tighter/tidy.
4) Is there a need for the linked topic title header for each post of a thread? The only benefit I can see for it is to copy the link for posting elsewhere which will take you direct to that post instead of just the thread. That could cut down on the excess space.

Finally, congratulations on the move and thanks for the work put into it :)

Like the new layout, crisp and clean, but have one moan, about the last posts column it only has the posters name and date, no topic title to let us know what the post is about. Can this be fixed?

Maybe we could have a grammar checker .... and add common spelling errors such as "lense" to the swear filter!

Has anyone else noticed how the "Post reply" and "Quote" buttons are in exactly the same font as 'Championship Manager/Football Manager' from a few years back?

That's the UKAR font - "Eras". Logo is the same.

Strange, it doesn't look the same in gold. I like it though.

Hi im finding the new board real hard to get used to  Perhaps its because there isnt a proper column for "Last Post Info" on the front page , could this me rectified ?

Liking it so far apart from the picture issue with 1024 res monitors. Time for a new one??
Do the names of the posters have to be so small. I like to know who's post I am reading and find the name is a tad on the small side for my eyes.
Overall
