The UK Airshow Review 15th Anniversary Competition.

The prize draw took place yesterday and our 27 winners have been announced. Full details are on the competition page, so head on over there to see if you've claimed a prize in our huge giveaway! The winners will be contacted in the coming days.

We must say a huge thank you to everyone who supported us with this competition - RIAT, Waddington, Squadron Prints, SAM Publications, Planes TV, Flying Tigers, Goodyear UK and of course, a huge thank you to everyone who entered this competition. The response was by far and away the biggest we've ever had for a UKAR competition (unsuprisingly).

For those who entered the Goodyear prize - we will keep all the entries on record and if there is an opportunity to offer that prize in a few months time, we will draw another name out of the hat, but obviously we are uncertain of what will be happening for the time being.

  • "A Century of Delight" - Ian Matthews braves the heat to report from the Turkish Air Force's Centenial, with video highlights from PlanesTV.

  • "Welcome Visitors" - Phil Whalley has a new VRT Blog updating you on the latest at Southend Airport.

  • Finally there's the first Pictures of the Week selection for the month of June, featuring yet more new names!

Congratulations to all those chosen - you're all in with a chance of a PlanesTV DVD when Iain publishes his next blog.

Squadron Prints have done us proud - amazing prizes.

Popped along to the stall at RIAT to take a look at them but our winners had already collected so didn't get to see the finished article - I'm assured from those who did though that they are fitting prizes for such an occasion.

Hope all of our winners enjoy them. They should be winging their way to you in the very near future.

Can't wait to fill my mug with a little something from the Shepherd Neame stable and that is pictured on the mug!

Cheers,
