Full details of the server can be found below and these should be entered in to the 'Multiplayer Session' bit in Flight Sim.
Please Note
To help protect the server, the important details aren't written here in a way that some automated trawling software could use (call me paranoid!), so....
- The IP address should use '.' in place of '_'
- The password is written phonetically!
UKAR SERVER:
Server name: UKAR_S4FS_SRVR01
Server desc: UKAR_PRIMARY
IP address: 82_153_21_189
Pword: xray echo six two four
Supports: FS2002, FS2004, FSX*
(* requires FSX client when using Flight Sim X)
If you are using FS2004 and can't connect, ensure you haven't changed the port number - by default it is 23456. Note this is a UDP not TCP port!
You should also ensure:
a) your firewall is not blocking UDP port 23456
b) you do not have the (frankly useless) XP firewall running
c) if you use a router, it forwards UDP port 23456 to the PC running FS2004
Also, FS2004 users may experience the odd disconnection from the server. This is not the server causing this, rather it is a problem with FS2004. Sorry
Don't let it spoil the enjoyment though!
Enjoy!!!
