What makes aircraft bump up and down then crash

Hi Everyone
I am on FS2004 and use visual flight and uk 2000 scenery and last night started a flight from Leeming and the Tornado and any other aircraft started jumping up and down on runway and the crashed before aircraft had moved. Any help would be greatly apreciated to rectify this

Does this only happen at leeming?
If not it's probably a problem with the aircraft model itself. Are you using the Iris Tonka?

Its usually an AFCAD problem with the heights of the scenery that cause that

The above website has all the updated AFCADs for FS9 and FSX that should cure and bouncing problems
