Re: (Mostly) RAF in FSX
WOW! Incredible!
The Mustang won't do what a Spitfire does, but it does it over Berlin.
Re: (Mostly) RAF in FSX
Thanks!!

Re: (Mostly) RAF in FSX
The SU-72 is the ALS-SIM version, available through Flight1.
C-130 is Captain Sim, as is the Sentry.
The Connie is a freeware one by Manfred Jahn, loooads of variants available as separate downloads with that one.
tornusaf.zip on flightsim.com if you want it

Adam
Re: (Mostly) RAF in FSX
Alphasim, it's free now, and offered in fs9 and fsX (port) versions.
The primer and many other skins i have done are on flightsim.com and simviation. search under Nott.
Lightning is JF indeed.

i have that typhoon, but all the textures are with in 1 folder, i have tried to add a repaint before, but it didn't work.
Adam
Re: (Mostly) RAF in FSX
You can deffinitely add them, I've made loads! Just add them like a normal repaint. I'm away this week but I'll try and answer any queries if the hotel wifi is at all serviceable!
Re: (Mostly) RAF in FSX

Re: (Mostly) RAF in FSX
I've just re installed Thomas Ruth's A330 MRTT, but for some reason, the VC isn't the same as in the manual, the overhead panel is the same as the default A321, so it's missing the boom and hose controls. when i installed it last time, it worked, but that was ages ago, so it's strange that it's done this this time and i'm not sure how to fix it, i did install it correctly - I've checked
quick couple of questions:
1) where can i get your voyager paint (what's the file name?)
2) who's c-130 paint scheme is that, yours i presume, and where can i get it
thanks for the help,

Thanks! According to my notes it is UK2000 scenery, which in FSX means one of the VFR Airfields products. http://www.uk2000scenery.com/vfrairfields/
The AI is a mixture of UKMIL (The VC-10s) and MAIW (KC135) both free.

I'll have a look at my install of the MRTT and see what's in there.
I'll upload the Voyager paint soonest and post a link/filename.
The C-130 repaint most likely came from the list of free liveries on the CS website. I can't find a direct link right now.

Re: (Mostly) RAF in FSX
thanks Igor might have to look into purchasing the UK2000 packs if they are still available. if they are the ones i think they are some of the taxiways and pans arent very well defined on some of the RAF bases are you still able to define which airfields you want to install and which you don't?
Re: (Mostly) RAF in FSX
I haven't got any photo scenery installed just now, but I thought the UK2000 would have been generated to fit that okay, may be mistaken. The UK2000 pages have screenshots covering most of the airfields included in each package so you should be able to find some images of the RAF airbases. If not I can wizz about and grab a couple of interest if you want.
They do still have the config programs which let you choose which airfields to use.
If memory serves, the UK2000 scenery does suffer from having dubious static aircraft (mostly whatever ships with FSX, so F-18s and Blackhawks everywhere). Turn static aircraft off in the options and use MAIW, UKMIL etc...
