Been a while but I've recently finished another model, another Spitfire - This time the Eduard 1/48 Mk.VIII.
All kit items (photo etch cockpit, decals), and painted with Tamiya acrylic paints.
I also started off with a bit of Alclad metallic paints before the camo colours, overcoated with hairspray to come back and do the chipping once I'd got the grey/green on.
I used oil paints to make the panel line wash and also for some further shading after the matt coat.
