Un Yellowing a model

Post by james solomon »

I have a question purchased a snap fit kit off of eBay but the white on it has yellowed. Is there any way to make it white again or un yellow it a bit as it does not look right looks more cream on the model and the stand than white

Assuming that it just the surface that has discoloured with exposure to the atmosphere have you tried a mild abrasive such as T Cut/ Brasso?

I'd try it on a scrap piece first as I dont know how it might react with the plastic!
