Revell victor

Hi again

Built most of it and now and looking for the spary paint for the desert storm colours, does anyone know who would sell this colour and its paint number

Xtracolor do it as X016 RAF Hemp. Available from Wonderland Models. This will dry Gloss and will require a flat coat of varnish to achieve the desired finish. IMO you are better to use this as it gives the prefect finish for decalling without having to Gloss varnish first. Thin it 3 to 4 parts Revell ColourMix(also available from Wonderland) with 1 part Xtracolor to a milky consistency to achieve great results.

Towards the end Victors were painted Hemp which is Humbrol 168 (i think). Many people make the mistake that it was applied for the Gulf War but it wasn`t!!!
3 Months to go, hopefully he says.

Humbrol have re-released 168 hemp again ( BS4800/10B21) for the top colour,with Humbrol 166 (BS672) for the underside.
