It baffles me as to why nobody has commented on this image before me or perhaps UKAR has undergone a change in attitudes as well as server recently!!, anyway, lovely photo of some gorgeous aircraft, thanks for posting it

Guess this thread will soon get relegated below all the Headcorn threads quite quickly!!

To be honest, I don't come into this forum as much as a few of the others so just seen it.

Very nice shot - have been flying one of these on FSX lately and it's a lovely aircraft.

I imagine the age of the average poster on here has something to do with it.
Perhaps they were baffled as to why someone had posted shots of a C-27 under "General Aviation Photos"

BTW - nice shot!

Beautiful!

Where and when was that taken, just out of interest?

Whenever I see a Spartan (there were 2 at Blakesburg the week before last) I'm always reminded that we were making things out of wood with 2 sets of wings, lots of wires and Gypsies on the front while the US were building beautiful things like this.

Hi Mike !

These were captured at an airfield called Little Gransden which is in Cambridgeshire in the UK about 3 weeks ago

Thanks. I know Gransden well, as I lived not far away until escaping to California 7 years ago.

It has taken me some time to catch up with these. Wonderful to see these.
