Neat Stuff Dude!
Think something wrong with page settings on this updated site as most pics have 'bits' missing noses, tails etc.
(Viewing at 1024x768) Left margin too wide on the pages?

There's a known issue with the board at the moment - on lower resolution screens the right side of the images is chopped. This is being worked on.

Nice shots here though, with a nice variety of types. Great to see two Commanches.

Some decent aircraft in there Disaster Area and always good to see a nice old Comanche, or two. Now that the Museum viewing area is closed where do you photograph from and where can you park-up easily? I think I recognise a few locations from the backdrops.

Thanks for the comments guys!

Cessna954 - the aircraft facing to the right are departing/landing on runway 08, they are photographed on the Perimeter road, the aircraft facing to the left are photographed using runway 26 (surprise, surprise!), I use long stay car park 2 I think it is, basically you go pass the terminal heading for the museum, take a right turn still as if you are going to the museum (car hire place was on the corner) and the car park is the one immediately in front of you. Go as far as you can towards the runway without leaving the carpark and that's where I stand. You are directly opposite the FRA Apron, there is a road in front of you, it is used by the fuel tankers and the security staff will move you on from that road but if you remain behind the car park fence you will have no problems. Likewise there is a small overflow carpark very close to the taxiway don't be tempted to go in there, you're asking for trouble!!

Hope this helps

Chris

G-Trat. Good shot like the prop blur on your shots and still sharp.
