Hey,

Here are a few from the last few days, most from today which was a little misty, so not really happy with most. Just didn't seem to go right for me But hopefully good enough to show.

Got a whole week off next week, lots of nice weather to look forward to. Hope for lots of visitors.

I'm hearing that Lee on Solent's days as an airfield are numbered from various pilots that have recently flown into there, just wondering if you have heard anything being a local?

Lee is not going anywhere and there will be a lot of positive changes in the coming months, the airfield remains open to visiting a/c.
Hope to fly in G-ASEO Sunday, a nice a/c all round.

Lots happening at Lee this year, don't think it's going anywhere. With new runway resurfacing, plus the old disused runway coming back into some sort of use in the future. Plus new hangers, lots happening.

What a lovely day, pure sun

Just a few from today. The ground shots are taken from behind a fence and into sun/haze, sorry they are not great. Need to get my back side on base

Hi Richard, thats me in the front of G-ASEO(not the pilot) fantastic flight, did some air to airs with friend Paul who was flying G-WNTR, one of which I have posted on my flickr page.
Most excellent flying day, we were buzzed by a Stearman and a flex wing micro then a Remos in very quick succession!

Terry, must have been a great day flying with wall to wall sun. When I saw on the webcam G-ASEO starting up I rushed outside the base to try and get some good shots. Shame about shooting into the sun and haze from the fence side. Glad you had a great day.

Lee is a excellent place if you want a day on the beach and some spotting. Had some unexpected time there today, sadly didn't bring the camera. Saw the Coastguard AW139 do a very low approach and a Islander in the circuit. One of the Chinooks from Fleetlands did beat up just as I was driving along the seafront.
Roll on June and the Daks and the dilemma of which end of the runway to go to!

Ahh ok, don't think I have any around that time, it comes over so often so I don't take many of it. If you fly again into Lee let me know, I will keep a look out
