Great set, and as has already been said, the green Gazelle is gorgeous

Will it be even busier tomorrow with the big race (assuming the wx is ok)?

Cheers Colin.

Tomorrow is usually the busiest day of the festival for helicopters, usually between 70 and 100 different helicopters visit!

Excellent viewing facilities and once the racing has begun and the helipad closed there is a tour of the helicopters on the ground organised for a small donation that all goes to charity!

All in all a great day out if you like some close-up action with helicopters!!

If you need any details about where to park, which way to get to the helipad etc drop me a PM!

The fog was late to clear yesterday and it was gone 11:30am before the helicopters started arriving, because of this numbers were well down on what was due with about 40 operating during the day.

Will post some of my photos from Gold Cup day in due course!!
