Scone - a perfect day in the snow

Scone - a perfect day in the snow

Postby wallace on Fri 15 Jan 2016, 9:07 pm

After weeks and weeks of dreich, the weather finally broke into glorious sunshine and some much needed aviation photo therapy for me.
The battery went flat on my 1DX and I shot most of today's photos on the officially redundant Fuji X-Pro1. My respect for this camera has just went up another notch.

Hi Wallace "dreich"love the Scottish word, reminds me of in 1960's when I took a trip to your lovely field. It was to get the only Hornet Moth on the British register that I had not seen. Great place great people and your shots super wish I had that light at my field in Cork .
